  • Are there any contracts or what is the minimum signup period for Invent?

    No, there are no contracts to worry about with Invent, we are a month-to-month service so you can sign up, cancel, upgrade or downgrade any time without penalty. The minimum sign up period is one month, but you can select either quarterly or annual billing cycles to get a discount, and still cancel or upgrade/downgrade any time.

  • What forms of payment does Invent accept?

    Invent accepts Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card payments. We currently do not accept PayPal or other online forms of payment.

  • What happens if I cancel my account before the end of my billing cycle?

    If you pay monthly and you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, there will be no refund due. If you pay quarterly or annually and you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, any unused months will be refunded to you upon request.

  • How does Invent’s pricing work?

    Invent’s pricing model is based on your monthly bandwidth usage, storage and how many IoT devices you are connecting. If you are not sure how much you expect to use, please feel free to contact us and we are happy to help you!

  • If I don’t use all my plan resources in a month, will it roll over to the next month? And what happens if I go over my plan allowances?

    No, your plan resources will not roll over to the next month, any unused resources will be forfeited. Your bandwidth allowance will be reset each month, but your storage and device allowances will continue to accumulate month over month until you remove files or devices.
    If you exceed your plan allowance for bandwidth or storage, you will be able to continue using your account with no problem, and you will receive email alerts letting you know that you have gone over your plan and that you will be charged for overages at the end of the month. You will be able to avoid overage charges if you upgrade your account before the end of the month to a plan that will cover your usage. You will not be able to exceed your device allowance, you will receive a message letting you know you will need to upgrade your plan in order to allow another device to connect.

  • I forgot my password. What do I do?

    You can use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset your password.
